Terms of service

I the artist have the right to change my Terms of Service without prior warning. It is your responsibility as the commissioner to reread my TOS each time you order to ensure you have read the updated version and avoid cancellation. Repeated failure to follow my TOS may result in permanent ban from all future commissions.

Last update: 10/29/2021OrderingBy ordering you agree to and are bound by the following terms:
○ I reserve the right to decline any commission or cancel at any time with a full or partial refund given based on the progress made if the commissioner has failed to follow the TOS.
○ I do not give refunds unless for the reason stated above or emergencies in regards to the client.
○ I will not begin your commission until I can confirm the payment has been made. Orders with payments not sent within 48 hours will be canceled.
○ You have the right to request updates on your commission. Please understand that I am also a student and have other obligations outside of art, but will do my best to deliver your commission in a timely manner. You are free to check my commission status linked on my commission information to keep track of progress, or you may DM me for an update. Please do not request updates days apart and wait at least a week before requesting another WIP update.Payment Process○ Once I have confirmed your order you have 48 hours to pay.
○ I only accept USD. Currency rates change daily, so please make sure you check your exchange rates beforehand.
○ Once payment has been received you no longer may cancel your order. Please refer to my first few bullet points for exceptions.Usage Rights○ You may use your commission for any personal uses such as profile icons, forum signatures, page decoration, stream resources, and so on, as long as you give proper credit (i.e linking or adding my Twitter or Instagram handle in the description and / or somewhere visible)○ You may not use your commission for any commercial purposes, to produce merchandise, or in any means to make a profit.
Unfortunately, at this time, I do not offer commercial commissions.○ You may repost the artwork you have ordered with proper credit.○ Please refrain from altering the image. (editing for cropping, color filters, etc are fine, but please do not use the artwork as a base or draw on it.)○ You are not allowed to take credit for the drawing in any way or retrace it.
○ I hold the rights to any commissioned images and may use them in any way I see fit. ( promoting myself, reposting, etc. I will never use your commissioned artwork to produce merchandise or to make a profit. )○ I do not work with individuals who support NFTs, nor do I accept commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs.• Please understand that I may post your commissioned artwork on my social media or use it as an example artwork for my commission website.Live2D○ You may not make alterations to your model ( i.e drawing on new expressions, outfits, recoloring etc ). If you would like to have alterations made, please contact me instead.
○ Redistributing the model is strictly prohibited.
○ Please do not use the model artwork to sell merchandise ( i.e using the model PNG to make keychains, stands, etc )
○ Please credit me as the creator of the model.Alterations○ Please state if you would like me to eyedrop the colors exactly. Please note that I do use color filters on my artwork so the colors may slightly differ from those on your reference image.
○ Please let me know if you would like me to not use color filters or would like me to provide a version with and without the color filters.
○ I will not make major changes to the drawing (redrawing a different pose, completely different outfit, etc)
○ You may request small changes such as color or detail corrections.
○ Please make sure you state everything that needs to be corrected.
○ I will not be responsible for making changes if you have an unclear or blurry reference. Please ensure your references are of clear quality before ordering or make a clear note of easily missed / misdrawn details.
